There\nis a specific process which we follow for return and refunding the customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Confirming the order<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When a customer makes an order, an e-mail is sent by Allgenericpills<\/a> to their e-mail id confirming about the details of the order placed by the customer. Another e-mail is sent which may be received anytime within 24 hours of placing the order. It tells that the order request has been received and the order will be dispatched shortly afterward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\ncases where there is a payment issue like the payment not being completed by\nthe customer then also we will send the customer an e-mail informing the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Confirming the shipping<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\ngenerally dispatch and ship any order made within the same day. Once the\nshipping is complete, an e-mail will be sent to the customer containing the\ntracking number of the order. It will also have the details regarding the\nshipping details and expected date of delivery. We give you the option of directly\ncalling us to know about the progress of your order by providing a link-\n\u2018connect with us\u2019 which is also on this e-mail. The order is shipped to the\ncustomer\u2019s residential address or office address whichever is suitable for the\ncustomer. Once an address is provided it cannot be changed. There is also an\noption of delivering through registered airmail service which is a bit costlier\nbut more secure in nature. It requires the buyer\u2019s signature while delivering\nthe package at the buyer\u2019s address. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If\nthe buyer is not available at the time of delivery of the package, a message is\nsent to the customer regarding the same. The package is then returned to the\npost office. The buyer can contact the post office by providing the details in\nthe message and collect the package in person or else wait for 4 weeks after\nwhich a reattempt would be initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. APO Addresses and PO Boxes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\nalso deliver at the APO addresses and PO Boxes if the option is open for us in\nthe delivery method process, which is followed at All Generic Pills. This may\nbe or may not be possible depending on the region or locality of the\npost-office. You can set your delivery address to your APO or PO boxes by\nsetting your primary address as your APO address or PO address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Customs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All\nGeneric Pills is not an Indian based company. Hence every good that the\ncustomer buys is treated like an imported well, and while delivering after\nreaching Indian mainland the customs department may ask for a customs charge\npayment. In no circumstance is such charge borne by All Generic Pills and has\nto pay off by the buyer only. Also, we are not accountable for any delay in\ndelivery caused due to delay at the customs department. The delay in customs\ndepartment may be anywhere in the range from a few days to 3 weeks depending on\nthe particular case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Delivery Time<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The\ngeneral time in which the shipping of your order is completed varies between 24\nhours to 48 hours. The time is taken to deliver also depends on the courier\ncompany. There could be unforeseen delays like natural events like a flood or\ncatastrophic weather. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also,\nthe delivery date mentioned in the message is not the exact date of delivery.\nIt is an expectation that the package might be delivered by the stipulated\ndate. As stated above delays due to hold by customs or unforeseen events may\npostpone the delivery date, which will not be communicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Reshipments of lost orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Order\nin transit that has been lost is reshipped or refunded by All Generic Pills. If\nthere is a delay of more than 8 weeks from the date of shipment, it is the duty\nof the customer to inform All Generic Pills on its customer care number. A\nrefund or reshipment would be done after an investigation by All Generic Pills.\nAny request by the customer to refund or reship the order would not be\nentertained after 8 weeks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following\nconditions apply during a replacement request made to All Generic Pills-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.\nIf the delivery time exceeds 7 days from the date of shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.\nThe shipping date provided is incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If\nthe customer enters his delivery address incorrectly, the replacement order\nwould be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Refund and Return Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If\nthe package is received in a damaged condition or is lost in transit, we would\nbe either be refunded the amount or reship the order as per buyer\u2019s choice. But\nthis has to be intimated by the customer to us on our customer care number\nwithin 8 weeks. The customer will have to wait for a minimum of 30 days after\nwhich the customer can either put a refund or replace request. For any queries\nyou can contact customer care.
